There are times when a customer needs their computer back immediately and they do not care if they lose all their data, programs, images, pictures, movies, and data. In those very few times that we cannot do a virus removal because of the complexity of the virus or when our customers need a working computer ASAP – we will consider doing an OS Reinstall.
